Breaking: EFCC rearraigns Fani Kayode and others

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has rearraigned Femi Fani-Kayode in a Federal High Court in Lagos today.

The former aviation minister was rearraigned alongside Nenadi Usman, a former minister of state for finance on a 17-count charge of money laundering and alleged diversion of N4.6 billion. Others include, Danjuma Yusuf and a firm, Joint Trust Dimension Nig. Ltd.

Premium Times reports that defendants pleaded not guilty before a new judge, Justice Rilwan Aikawa.
